Today is our last day in Cairns. Tomorrow we take the train to Townsville, for two nights before we fly back to Sydney for one night. I am getting very near the end of my journey!
Well, yesterday we rented out a car, today we still have it. So, we
headed up to Port Douglas.

headed up to Port Douglas. On the way we stopped at Palm Cove which is a beautiful beach. After a quick stop we then took to the road and went up to Port Douglas. We only stopped there for lunch really, so we carried on the road and made it to Daintree. Where we took a electric boat cruise, (The quietest boat on the river) to see Crocodiles. We saw two of them and even better, by chance we had the whole boat (which squeezes on 12 max) to ourselves! That was good, my first sighting of wild crocodiles and the guide was good, which is a bonus!
